Okay if you want to learn How to Build a Website one of the very first things you need to know is how to Log-In to your WordPress “Dashboard”. You can use the Dashboard to add, update, moderate and make changes to your website. In this section of my Step by Step Guide to Building a Website let’s talk about adding WebPages. During my How to Build a Website Webinar Training Series a few of my guest who took the class actually got lost a bit at this point, but this only slowed them down a bit. See when your Building Websites Using WordPress after you pick your theme the next step is to work on your Website Layout. What do I mean? Spend some time thinking about and adding your Main “Page Titles” for Example mines are from left to right above: “Home Page” “About Mark Choo” “Testimonials” “Opportunity” “Lead Generation” “Free Fundraising” “Marketing Tools” and “Contact” when you do this, you can actually starts to get a basic visual picture of what you site is going to look like. Once this is done, you can really dive in and start to Learn Website Building so you can add content to those pages.

Okay so at this point in my Step by Step Guide to Building a Website I am pretty much going to give you a list of the BACIC plugins I am using, I am not going to cover detail on what all these plugins do, I actually went into great detail on this in my How to Build a Website Webinar Training Series, so you can get the details there, but what I will tell you is that this is a list off the basic must have plugins you will need, these plugins are part of the key if you really want to learn How to Start a Popular Blog, so just get them, they are all FREE.

Fast Secure Contact Form (Create a Contact Form for your Site)

Now remember, I covered this info as well during the Step by Step Guide to Building a Website, installing an activating these plugins is only the first step, once installed I suggest you spend some time to configure your new plugins so you can get the best out of each one. Remember you only have to do this once, but these plugins will continue to work for you.
